Acceptance of terms
By accessing the ArtixCode website or applying for beta access, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Beta nature of the product
ArtixCode is offered as a private beta product under active development. Features, models, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Beta access may be limited, paused, or revoked at our discretion.
No guarantee of bug-free generated code
AI-generated code, explanations, tests, and security suggestions may contain errors, omissions, or insecure patterns. ArtixCode is an assistant, not a replacement for engineering judgment, code review, testing, or professional security assessment.
User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or guidance before using it in production. You must not submit production secrets, credentials, personal data you are not authorized to share, or regulated data unless you have explicit permission and appropriate safeguards.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
- No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
- No automated scraping or spam submissions
- No use that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Intellectual property
ArtixCode branding, website content, and platform software remain the property of Artixcore and its licensors. You retain ownership of code and content you submit, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the service.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ArtixCode at any time. We will aim to communicate material changes to active beta participants when practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtixCode and Artixcore are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the beta service or reliance on generated output.
