Overview
ArtixCode ("we", "us", "Artixcore") operates the ArtixCode website and private beta program. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
ArtixCode is currently in private beta. We collect only what we need to evaluate applications, improve the product, and communicate with prospective beta users.
What data we collect
When you use our website or apply for beta access, we may collect:
- Name, email, company, Telegram username, and role/designation
- Optional message explaining why you want to join the beta
- Beta application consent records
- Approximate location derived from GeoIP on the server
- Optional precise device location if you explicitly grant browser permission
- Non-sensitive device and browser metadata such as user agent, platform, language, timezone, screen size, referrer, and page URL
- Captcha verification tokens processed by our captcha provider
Beta application data
Beta applications are stored to review eligibility, manage onboarding, prevent abuse, and understand the developer communities we serve. We use this data to contact you about your application status and, if approved, beta access instructions.
We do not sell beta application data. Access is limited to authorized ArtixCode team members and service providers who help us operate the platform.
GeoIP and optional precise location
We may derive approximate location from your IP address using server headers or infrastructure provider signals. This helps us understand beta demand by region and detect suspicious activity.
Precise GPS or device location is never collected silently. It is requested only if you choose to share it, and denial does not block your application.
Device and browser metadata
We collect basic technical metadata to improve compatibility, debug issues, and understand how developers discover ArtixCode. This metadata does not include passwords, private repository contents, or production secrets.
How we use data
- Review and respond to beta applications
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and beta program
- Communicate product updates and onboarding instructions
- Detect spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable
Data retention
We retain beta application data for as long as needed to manage the beta program, maintain records, and comply with legal requirements. If you want your application removed, contact us and we will process reasonable deletion requests unless retention is required by law or legitimate business needs.
User code privacy
When ArtixCode coding features become available, your private code should remain private by default within your workspace scope. We design ArtixCode with developer trust as a core requirement.
We do not train on your private code without explicit consent. Any future training or improvement programs that involve user code will require clear opt-in terms.
